On my Samsung TV, many movies disconnect in the middle of the stream (usually toward the beginning)--spinning connection icon, after which it says that the stream has timed out--try again later. This is very frustrating and I cannot watch the movies or series that I want because of this. It is not a bandwith problem with my internet service--I have gigabit high speed internet, and have no problems with other streaming services, so it is not my connection or internet speed. . I suspect that the bandwith for your streaming service is low. Please address this issue, since there is little point offering content if customers cannot watch it, and frustrated customers may cancel service.
