I wear hearing aids and I have trouble understanding dialogue. Is there any plan to add close captioning to the shows that are in English. There a lot of shows that I would like to watch but I can't

Hi Robert - thanks for writing in about this issue.

The accessibility of our service is important to us. We are actively looking at ways to enable closed captioning, although we don't have a solution to this just yet.

As you mentioned, most of our content is foreign language and therefore has English subtitles built in to the video. We are aware there is an issue with English language content, where subtitles may not always be available.

Thanks, I just don’t get why you can’t implement CC on English shows

I have the same hearing issue as does Robert G. (who wrote above). Netflix provides closed captioning for its English language movies. Now, I haven't noticed regarding Hebrew language movies. My Hebrew language is probably good enough for me to watch movies in Hebrew with CC in Hebrew. But my wife needs English language CC, which does make my watching and understanding easier. I think the shows we have watched together (e.g. Shitsel) have had CC. As I assume you know, Netflix's Fauda has English language CC. So... what do you think about the CC?
