I'm very frustrated. I paid for membership and did not receive acknowledgement nor can I get on my TV. Very frustrating to keep on clicking on HELP,but going around in circles when a phone call will solve this very quickly.

Can't believe they renew subscription without notification. What a rip off. No customer number. How do you talk to a real person. I'm disputing this credit card charge and will not pay until I hear from them.
