I love procedural crime dramas and discovered Suspect on Chai Flicks. It's 5 39-minute episodes. That's over 4 hours. I stuck with it but I can't HIGHLY recommend it. There is a lot of "time shifting" that I found confusing. (And I have to say that some of the graphic violence was REALLY gruesome. If you watched it and can tell me when the female lead got the bloody scar on on face, please tell me. She was threatened once but I don't know when she got it.

If anyone else finds any mystery films (rather than a series) on Chai Flicks please post. I'm finding this Forum a big help.

She got a bloody face from crashing through a glass window or door at her husband's music store when he didn't answer the door.

Please label your answer "spoiler alert" and kindly explain the "solution" to this crime. Just watched all 5 episodes, but I'm not quite sure of what I watched.

Reading subtitles and trying to follow the disjointed time line made this a fairly unsatisfying experience.

But as a frequent visitor to Jerusalem, I LOVED the backgrounds.

SPOILER ALERT: This time there were bullets in the gun. The dead man in the music store was not her husband.

I really liked this series, It had elements of film noir; the dark street scenes, the race against time. The original title was "Suicide." I thought it was well acted with fantastic plot twists.
