A Jewish folktale from Afghanistan, adapted and retold by Noa Baum. Disguised as a beggar, the king slips out of his palace to learn from his people what is the secret of happiness. When he encounters a poor Jewish shoemaker full of faith and joy, the king grows curious and begins to investigate.
