Just outside of Gaza now, hundreds of volunteers are streaming into local fields and farms to pick produce — under the constant threat of rocket fire. This area of southern Israel provides 70-80% of the nation’s fresh produce, so it’s essential to maintain and the volunteers are determined to do so.
