Pastry, Pain and Politics
An old Jewish couple is planning a summer vacation. She wants to go to Israel, and definitely not to Switzerland, a country that once refused her as a refugee. But for him Israel is too hot, and anyway full of Arabs. So off to Switzerland they go, where he suffers from a heart attack. The nurse who saves his life is Palestinian.
