A secular person looking at the Hasidic members from outside views them as one monolithic entity, so strange and different from his own existence. The series ‘Kingdoms' is a first of its kind attempt to present an intimate look at the Hasidic world solely through the eyes of the men and women of this community. It is not an attempt to judge, but to list, to try to understand what motivates them, and what are the world views and beliefs that guide them.
