Bal Tashchit, meaning “do not destroy” or “do not waste,” is a term first found in the Torah in the book of Deuteronomy. Every day, we have the opportunity to make choices about the impact we have on the world. While it would be really hard to completely eliminate any and all of the waste that we produce, just thinking about our food waste can be a great way to reduce our negative impact on the environment. Join Chef Danny and Chef Zoey (and special guest, outdoorsman Nick Green), as they dive into how we can use this meaningful lesson in our lives today, while making CJA's amazingly delicious stuffed twice baked potatoes!
