Gil is the grand-daughter of Holocaust survivors, Kat the granddaughter of a Nazi officer. Through them we meet other young men and women whose grandparents were murdered or prosecuted during WWII. Many have decided to move back to Germany...but why? This revealing film explores the challenges and opportunities for reconciliation and understanding between generations on both sides of the Shoah.
